I did

if you change hosts with our readme.txt.when you install it .your license result will be request .but now ,we can not view it is used.so confirm:
1.are you sure change server hosts to right ？
2.can you ping domain in readme.txt get right ip information at your server
3.you need to use our package ,no others.
4.if you can submit ticket with your ssh informaiton ,i will help u to install it .
