• Backport some interfaces to Warnings/ThreadReplyBan/ReportComment entities
• Fix admincp link to attachments for report comments was incorrect
• Fix non-embedded attachments in report comments didn't show under the report comment's text
• Fix adding an attachment to a report comment would cause the attachment to fail to render until the page was refreshed
