[OzzModz] Thread Title Edit - adds a edit thread title link that opens in an overlay

Simple addon that adds a edit thread title link that opens in an overlay. There are two spots the links shows, in the thread action menu and in the thread action buttons. There are options to choose which location, or both. There are usergroup permissions for which groups can use the addon.
