look like your databse have broke about some table ,you need to create new whmcs and install it ,get table `mod_soyoustart_operatingsys`

mod_soyoustart_operatingsys isntall becouse i isntall new whcms on new subdomai and have same issue

it is not null patch issue , default plugin issue was happen in code

$keys = Illuminate\Database\Capsule\Manager::table('mod_soyoustart_operatingsys')->delete();

,fix it and now you can download it again
