- Added the ability to map a telephone field in the PayPal feed.
- Added the ability to switch to the PayPal App when completing purchases on mobile devices.

- Updated the PayPal modal to show the mapped address, email, and phone number by default.
- Fixed an issue with notices not displaying correctly in the form editor...
