[cXF] Direct Message Button - Direct Message Button was formerly known as [cXF] Conversation Button

NOTE: before XF 2.3 the [cXF] Direct Message Button was formerly known as [cXF] Conversation Button (you will still find the name ConversationButton in the file name. That is OK, just make sure you download the right version)

Description:
Some administrators want to highlight the talk button in order to make it easier to contact the user, so this add-on will add a button or conversation icon to the message block user.

new position for icon: below* username in message user info (for XF 2.3+). The icon on mobile will still show next to username.
