Notifies staff when a conversation contains certain keywords.

The add-on can send an email to a staff member and or create a new thread alerting staff members of keywords in a conversation message.

Features:

• New conversations are checked for keywords every 10 minutes.
• Separate email and or thread is created for each conversation message which contains keywords.
• Staff conversation messages are ignored.
