PrestaShop WhatsApp CRM Module connects a PrestaShop store to WhatsApp Business API. Automate order updates, manage customer chats, assign conversations, share files, and run scheduled WhatsApp marketing campaigns directly from the back office.


Most PrestaShop stores end up running customer WhatsApp chats from a personal phone, a very inconvenient and non-functional setup.
