Added code to suppress server error if image is corrupt.

Now works with GD or Imagick. Now resizes JPG, PNG and WEBP image types.

Now supports resize for all content types. Now supports abstracted file system.

Deleted unused Options page.

Compatible XF 2.x versions: 2.3

• Now excludes GIF attachments.
