Converts all hot linked PDF documents to attachments.

Hot linked PDF document are those which a user pastes a PDF document URL into a message. These hot linked PDF documents over time become dead and the thread becomes useless as the PDF content is missing. This add-on will go through your older posts and convert hot linked PDF documents into attachments.

How to use:

1. In your browser add 'convertpdfall' to your forum URL.
2. Click the 'Prepare rebuild table' link.
3. Follow instructions on Convert PDF all confirm page.

Database changes:
This add-on will create a table called andy_convert_pdf_all in your database.

Q: Who can run this add-on?
A: You must be an admin to run this add-on.

Q: Should I use the Post ID start and Post ID end in the options page?
A: If you have for example over 100000 posts, then yes I suggest limiting to 100000 post range at a time.
