The plugin allows to pin the sidebar.

It's a sidebar plugin that pins to the top and bottom, similar to what's used in some custom themes and sites like Twitter.

The sidebar is fixed to the bottom when the page is scrolling down and to the top when the page is scrolling up.

You don't need to make settings for default or similar themes, you can make settings from theme properties for themes whose navigation bar size or sidebar class has changed.
