Purchased licenses not appearing

Hi..
I made some purchases a few weeks ago but when I click to view licences nothing comes up.

I've tried to redownload these extensions again but they are asking for payment again. Please advise. Thanks.

because most of seller sell content with person paypal account ,so need time to check
