I have purchased this from Magento Marketplace, but Magento no longer allows direct download. There is an way to download from Magetrend site using Magento purchase information. But they might have not updated the version there yet. I will post update once they update it.

I don't think decoder-null-magetrend-pdf-templates-0.0.2 in the compressed package can completely remove the callback, so handmade to remove default package callback
