The [AndyB] Show custom avatar has been submitted and is now available for free download. Big thanks to the contribution from our member @axtona !

Allows showing custom avatars by user group.

For example if you don't give the Unregistered / Unconfirmed user group this permission, then visitors will only see dynamic avatars in thread posts.
