[AndyB] New report email moderators - Sends an email to forum moderators when a new report is submitted.

Sends an email to forum moderators when a new report is submitted.

If your forum has many moderators, then this add-on will be very useful. When a report is submitted by a member, this add-on will send emails to the moderators of that forum, alerting them of the new report.
