1. make confirm bootstrap storage folder permission with 777
2. make confirm storage/framework have folder
cache
sessions
views

then visit ****.COM/install to install it first

do you check your folder about storage/framework? default script have not,some hosting can not auto to create folder like:
cache
sessions
views
in storage/framework folder ,so you need to add them
