This plugin allows you to add announcement and link blocks to the top of your forum sites. After installing the plugin, you can manage them through the theme properties.

You can create up to four columns and use them as 1, 2, or 3 columns, as desired.
You can enable or disable them through the theme properties.
It is mobile-friendly, but you can disable it in mobile browsers if you prefer.
You can control its display on all pages or only on the forum homepage.
