Restrict access with WHMCS Allowed Departments module - tailor support departments by product type. Web Hosting customers can only submit tickets in their designated department.

The WHMCS Allowed Departments module allows you to restrict access to certain support departments based on a clients products. So Web Hosting customers could for example be the only ones allowed to submit tickets in the web hosting department, and vice versa for other department/products.
