Simple grid and rounded nodes 1.1

A few people asked me about this. This is a very simple style close to the default with:
Forum list displayed as 2 or 3 column grid.
A jaunty blue background.
Rounded corners
Threads displayed with rounded corners and separated
Optional display of subforums in columns within a box on the forum view
