With this module you can protect your shop against bots / hackers that create many carts. This kind of attack is usually caused by pure spam bots that try to send forms on website - also 'add to cart' form. Because of this you will struggle with many fake carts. With this module you can fight with these fake carts attacks easily.

How module fights with spammers that create fake carts?
Cart protection pro module has feature that analyse traffic in shop, especially traffic that is related to cart creation process / add to cart process. If module's algorithm will identify fake traffic caused by spam-bots - module will immediately take appropriate actions no such fake visitor. You - as a shop admin - can define what module will exactly do with such fake carts / visits of spam bots.
Personalize the module to make it work as you wish
Module configuration page allows to control the sensitvity of spam filter. Whole algorithm is based on cart creation process frequency during specific time freame. As a shop owner you can set the critical values so that the visit / cart creation process will be considered spam. You can also decide waht to do with such spam visitor.
You have possibility to automatically ban spam visitors
banned IP address will not have possibility to create carts anymore nor browse your website. As a shop owner you can manage list of bans, unban visitors as well as create bans manually (for example based on log of cart-related actions included to the module)
You have possibility to block cart creation process
IP address considered as a spam address will not have possibility to create carts anymore.
You can receive an email with information about fake cart creation process
Once module will identify fake cart creation process you can receive an email with details about attacker and associated (with this attacker) carts.
You can redirect traffic from banned IP
Once module will identify spam visitor you can redirect it to google. This will confuse bot and usually this stops additional attacks (Bots usually are programmed to not attack websites anymore if website creates a 301 redirection)
Added support of stopForumSpam API
Module is ready to work with StopFormSpam API that allows to check IP of visitor if it is SPAM IP or not, then based on check result - ban ip.
